RHS Tatton 2022 Edible Feature Garden Display | Backyard Buffet
Backyard Buffet showcased a selection of familiar and unusual edible plants growing in a mix of containers, raised beds and borders. A pair of mini amphitheatres showcased vibrant leafy greens and salads with single framed pergolas featuring hanging baskets and troughs all filled with edible flowers and fruit. A series of simple timber raised beds were plunged with herbs and edible flowers growing in felt pouches for instant colour, texture and aromatic scent. The installation was designed for visitors to get up close to the planting and walk around the exhibit.
